Completed at any time during the tenancy cycle, this report will provide a brief summary and photographic evidence of the condition of the property at the time of the inspection. This then allows a landlord or agent to act swiftly to avoid any problems with unreported issues further down the line. We will also ensure there are working smoke alarms throughout the property as per requirements that came into force in October 2015.
